My name is Amanda Harasti and what can I say, I love to cook. It’s a hobby for which I’ve become more and more passionate over the last number of years. I cook mostly vegetarian dishes, and occasionally some fish. Most of my cooking is done on the weekends, which is one of the things I’ve come to look forward to most at the end of the work week.
I am currently enrolled in a culinary certificate program, so I’m learning tons of new things and sharing my experience here on this blog. I’m not sure exactly yet what I’ll do with this experience, but if nothing else, it’s making me into a pretty darn good home cook and that’s ok with me!
